If you are genuinely dissatisfied with an eligible product, you may contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
To qualify for consideration:

Due to hygiene, health, safety, and product integrity requirements, the 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to:

Approval under the 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee remains at Bella Aesthetix™'s sole discretion, subject to applicable law.
Where approved, Bella Aesthetix™ may offer:

Product replacement;

Partial refund;

Full refund.
The 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is an additional voluntary benefit and does not replace, limit, or reduce any statutory rights available under South African law.
3. Hygiene, Personal Care & Beauty Products
For hygiene, health, safety, and consumer protection reasons, Bella Aesthetix™ cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, worn, tested, unsealed, or otherwise rendered unsuitable for resale.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Eye masks;

Hair accessories;

Personal care accessories;

Bella Aesthetix™ reserves the right to reject returns where products show signs of:

Wear and tear;

Tampering;

Contamination;

Damage;

Misuse;

Missing components;
-
Missing packaging;
-
Removal of protective seals.
4. Faulty, Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products
Nothing in this policy limits any rights available under Section 55 or Section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act.
If a product is defective, unsafe, materially not as described, or unsuitable for its intended purpose, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as provided by law.
Customers must notify Bella Aesthetix™ as soon as reasonably possible and preferably within 48 hours of delivery where products arrive:

Where legally permissible, Bella Aesthetix™ may first offer a replacement product before issuing a refund.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise required by law:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs;

Original shipping charges are non-refundable;

Courier fees remain non-refundable once services have been rendered.
Where a return is approved because Bella Aesthetix™ supplied an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, reasonable return shipping costs may be covered by Bella Aesthetix™.
Customers are strongly encouraged to use a tracked courier service.
Bella Aesthetix™ is not responsible for return parcels that are lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or misdelivered during transit.
6. Refund Processing
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, customers will be notified of the outcome.
