At Bella Aesthetix™, we are committed to providing reliable nationwide delivery across South Africa while ensuring transparency regarding shipping timelines, courier processes, and customer responsibilities.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing
Processing times may vary during promotional periods, holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume.
2. Shipping & Delivery Timeframes
We proudly use trusted Aramex Store-to-Door Courier Services for deliveries across South Africa.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 8–11 business days, depending on order volume, destination, and courier operations.
Please note:
• Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed;
• Rural or outlying areas may experience longer delivery times.
Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been shipped.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order value.
From time to time, Bella Aesthetix™ may offer promotional free shipping on qualifying orders.
Shipping fees, where applicable, are non-refundable unless otherwise required by South African law.
4. Delivery Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Bella Aesthetix™ shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Courier delays;
- Load shedding;
- Public holidays;
- Severe weather conditions;
- Strikes or civil disruptions;
- Customs or transportation delays;
- High seasonal demand;
- Incorrect customer information;
- Failed delivery attempts;
- Force majeure events or events outside our control.
Delivery delays do not automatically entitle customers to refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, compensation, or replacement products to the extent permitted under applicable South African law.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
Bella Aesthetix™ will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost parcels, or additional courier charges resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate shipping information supplied by the customer.
If an order is returned due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address details, additional shipping fees may apply before the parcel can be reshipped.
6. Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS where available.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring availability to receive the parcel.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Parcels
Once an order has been handed over to the courier provider, Bella Aesthetix™ cannot guarantee against delays, theft, loss, or damages occurring during transit.
However, we will reasonably assist customers in opening courier investigations where applicable.
Bella Aesthetix™ reserves the right to wait for the courier investigation outcome before issuing any replacement, refund, or store credit where permitted by law.
8. Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery of an order without lawful reason, Bella Aesthetix™ reserves the right to deduct any applicable shipping, return shipping, handling, or administrative costs from any refund amount where legally permitted.
9. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Shipping Policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights a customer may have under the South African Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (“CPA”) or any other applicable laws.
Bella Aesthetix™ will comply with all obligations required under applicable South African consumer protection legislation.
